If you’re looking for an affordable, entry-level BlackBerry on Verizon, you’re in luck, as the Curve 9370 is now available on Verizon Wireless for about $100 on a new, two-year contract and a rebate.
This was introduced at CES 2012 and it didn’t really draw that much attention due to the slate of other high-profile devices out there. Still, the BlackBerry Curve 9370 looks to be a solid messaging device with the BlackBerry 7 OS and it should appeal to those who send out a lot of e-mail, texts and other written messages.
Verizon points out that the Curve 9370 also has these additional features:
- Global Ready – Quad-band with support for GSM, GPRS and EDGE, allowing customers to enjoy wireless voice and data service in more than 200 countries
- Support for near-field communication (NFC), enables many capabilities, including the ability to pair accessories or read SmartPoster tags with a simple tap of the smartphone
- 5-megapixel camera with flash
- 2.44-inch display
- Wi-Fi b/g/n
- Bluetooth® 2.1
The Curve 9370 is available today, are any of you going to pick it up?
