Real-time analytics provider Woopra launched iOS and Android apps to “help businesses stay connected at all times.” Available as a free download to folks with a Woopra account, the application gives users access to detailed customer data and information on how optimize their website to convert more visitors into buyers (or leads).

More precisely, here’s what you get with the Woopra app:

  • Live Dashboard – Provides a live summary of everything that’s happening on your website, including which visitors are on your website, where they’re coming from and their activity.
  • Push Notifications – For instance, you can set to receive a notification whenever a visitor hits a 404 page (i.e. page not found) or each time you make a sale above $100.
  • Segmented Reports – Load reports for segments of visitors to analyze their behavior in real-time.
  • Live Chat – Chat support to visitors, no matter where you are. Both inbound and outbound chat requests are supported.

The new iOS and Android apps come included in Woopra’s existing pricing structure, which starts at $11.95/month for small and medium size business packages…
