Food Network is out with a new iPad app, focused around cupcakes. As you can imagine, it comes with a bunch (more than 100) of cupcake recipes and ideas, plus “frosting recipes” from Food Network talent, kitchens and shows — all of which are browsable by categories like Cupcake Centerpieces, Cupcakes for Dinner, Hall of Fame and more. In addition, there are how-to videos, interactive decorating tips and tricks, and a number of original, high-res images of recipes and cupcakes that, as far as I can tell, look like the one you’ll find in magazines and cookbooks…
All in all you’re a fan of cupcakes (or have a child who loves ’em), you may want to grab Food Network Cupcakes! and get some ideas. It costs 3 bucks, which is like nothing for all the benefit you can get in return — i.e. when you make your own cupcakes.
