Since this didn’t came from official channels, we need to list it under our “rumors” section. However, the information comes from the highly informed TmoNews website, which is known as the premium source for everything T-Mobile. According to them, the Magenta carrier will launch BOGO (Buy One Get One Free) deals on Friday, May 18th. The offer will last until May 26th and include a number of Android smartphones such as the T-Mobile myTouch, T-Mobile myTouch Q, HTC Amaze 4G, Samsung Galaxy S II, Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G and Samsung Exhibit II 4G — no word whether the new HTC One S will be included, as well. You’ll need to sign-up for a new two-year contract (still no information on upgrades) as well as deal with mail-in rebates. If that’s not a problem and if you do look to switch boats in favor of T-Mobile, wait for few more days and see what they got. Nothing to lose as far as I can tell. 😉
