Nokia Lumia 610 is now available in UK, with two online retailers selling the unlocked device starting from 164.98 GBP, which translates into some $258. Unlocked Mobiles has that price, though it’s offering the Windows Phone device only in black. Clove, on the other hand, asks 180 GBP (about $282) but it has both black and cyan versions.
The way I see it, the Lumia 610 is a solid purchase for folks buying their first smartphone. If they also happen to like Microsoft’s mobile platform (which really looks good), Nokia’s baby offers quite a bang for the buck. It comes with a 3.7-inch WVGA screen, 5-megapixel camera with auto-focus and flash, 800MHz processor, 256MB of RAM, 8GB of built-in storage, HSPA and Wi-Fi connectivity, GPS, Bluetooth and a 1,300 mAh battery…
