Toronto-based Juice Mobile released some Canadian mobile stats based on their publisher ad impression levels. From the infographic we got, you can see that RIM is dominating the picture, accounting for 45% of all the traffic. Apple’s iOS took the second place with 34% of users (3% less than last month) and finally Android is third with 20%, which is 2% more than what it had last month.

RIM’s smartphones, including the Torch 9800 and Curve 9300, make up a combined 35% and occupy 6 out of the top 10 devices. Apple’s iPhone, however, is the top used device. As for the Android smartphones, Samsung is leading the way with 3 of its phones in the top 10 list: Galaxy Nexus, Galaxy S and the Galaxy S II.

And here’s how it all comes together in an infographic…
