This fall, Sprint will start selling the most powerful ZTE Android smartphone, ever. According to a leaked promo, the upcoming ZTE Flash is a powerhouse under the hood, boasting Qualcomm’s Snapdragon S4 SoC clocked at 1.5GHz, LTE radio, 1GB of RAM and a powerful 12.6-megapixel camera sensor. In addition, it also has a 4.5-inch IPS HD Gorilla Glass-protected screen, front-facing camera, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, NFC, GPS and 8GB of internal storage (plus a memory card slot). The ZTE Flash will apparently launch on October 14 and at this point we’ve no information on pricing. If I had to bet, I would say Sprint will sell it for $150-$200.

The mentioned leaked promo doesn’t tell us anything about the built quality and we can only hope that a device as ZTE Flash will feel solid in hand. If that’s the case, the Chinese company may finally have a smartphone to compete in the higher end of the market. We’ll see how that goes…
