Samsung’s Music Hub service is now available in the U.S. with Galaxy S III owners first getting to try it out (while those with other Samsung devices most likely to join-in soon). All users get a 30-day free trial wherein they’ll be able to download a free album on their device.
Relying on mSpot’s technology, Music Hub is available in two flavors – free and premium. The former gives users access to 7digital’s catalog which has millions of songs, allows storing of purchased music in the cloud, and listening to it via web browser. Premium service adds scan and match cloud locker, custom radio stations, song downloads, recommendations and more for $9.99 per month.
