Photo of BlackBerry 10 L-Series device leaks

The clock is ticking on Research In Motion, as the company plans on releasing a fresh batch of devices in the start of 2013. Rumors have been leaking for weeks about RIM’s new BlackBerry 10 handsets carrying a Qualcomm S4 Pro processor. Now new images have surfaced of BlackBerry’s L-Series, better known as London. In the leaked photo, a screenshot shows a launcher pane full of app icons including BBM, Facebook, Maps and StoryMaker, which looks to be an iMovie-style video editor.

We’re sure this version is beta, but at what stage we can’t say. We do know the first two BlackBerry 10 devices are nearly complete according to many media outlets. Besides, RIM has said the carriers are showing some interest in the models they’ve seen, so the devices must be complete.

Regardless to whatever the haters have to say, I’m still looking forward to seeing a fully baked BlackBerry 10 offering from the folks over at RIM. If BB10 manages to be a decent operating system packed inside of a BlackBerry Bold 9900 style body (like we’re expecting), then I would really have to consider my options. Yea, I said it!

Is there anyone excited to see what the new BlackBerry 10 devices will bring?
