PayPal comes to Windows Phone

PayPal is finally available for Windows Phone community, with eBay launching the app in the marketplace. As you would expect, it [application] is free to download allowing PayPal users to send and request money while on the go. Moreover, the account management capabilities also come included so you can check your balance, withdraw funds and view past transactions. Plus, thanks to the “Local” feature you can find merchants who are using the PayPal Here service and pay them with PayPal.

NFC support isn’t included yet but we’re sure an update to the application will be released once the first Windows Phone devices with support for contactless connectivity start selling. In other words, we expect eBay to update the PayPal app for Windows Phone in the next few months…
