A new, still unannounced LG device marked as E940 has been caught at GLBenchmark, with signs suggesting it’s heading to AT&T. How do we know that? Well, there’s a little piece of code that says “geefhd_att_us” which is pretty self-explanatory to me. Rest of the specs are mostly unknown, but from little we’ve got, we dare to guess the full specs sheet.

First of all, we know the E940 will have a full HD (1920×1080 pixels) screen, most likely measuring 5 inches in diagonal. The presence of the Adreno 320 GPU suggest this monster-phone comes with Qualcomm’s quad-core Snapdragon S4 processor, while the test version running Android 4.1.2 indicates this device will ship with Jelly Bean out of box.

As a reminder, this isn’t the first time we’re hearing that LG is working on its own smartphone with a 1080p screen. In fact, earlier rumors suggested such a phone may be marked as Optimus G2, but as usual, we’ll have to wait for few more weeks to get all the answers. Stay tuned…
