Samsung Android phones delayed for now

It’s a sad day when we learned that we won’t see the first Samsung Android phone unveiled at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. According to the company mobile division’s head of marketing, Younghee Lee, there will be no Android phone at the show, but they are “planning internally” for a release in H2 2009, Guardian reports. She, however, added that Samsung is in negotiations with a number of carriers about taking the upcoming Android phone.

Not all is black, though. We still hope to get our hands on the touchy-feely i8910 and its 8 megapixel camera. That one sounds like a winner, too. 😉
