Samsung Exynos security flaw fix starts rolling out

Samsung has started rolling out security fix for its Exynos-powered Galaxy S III in the UK. The firmware update, available both over-the-air and via Kies, will also address that nasty sudden death issue experienced by some users.

After that part is done and users around the world get their fixes we’re sure the Korean company will turn its attention to Galaxy Note II, which too uses Sammy’s own CPU.

As far as Samsung Galaxy S III owners in the U.S. are concerned, they don’t have what to worry about since their phones use processor made by Qualcomm that don’t come with the mentioned security flaw. The Galaxy Note II, on the other hand, does use Samsung processor and it will most likely get its fix in the days and weeks to come.
