Hyundai has quietly (we haven’t caught a press release) released a new 7-inch tablet which seems capable enough to compete with Nexus 7. The Hyundai T7 has a 1280×800 IPS LCD screen, Samsung’s Exynos 4412 1.4GHz quad-core chipset, 1GB of RAM, 2-megapixel rear camera, front-facing one (for making video calls), 8GB of built-in storage, microHDMI port, and a microSD expansion slot. On the downside, it has a relatively small battery with a capacity of 3,300 mAh, while Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich is running the show. In comparison, Nexus 7 has a bigger 4,325mAh battery and it runs the latest version of the platform. Then again, Google’s tablet lacks HDMI out and doesn’t support memory cards, which may be a reason why you should go for Hyundai’s tablet, instead.

Presuming you like how all this sounds, feel free to get yourself the Hyundai T7 for just $166 from PandaWill, which can send the tablet across the world. We’re not sure for how long the supplies will last, so if you want the T7, you better hurry. 😉
