The Sony Music Unlimited service now offers users the ability to listen to high quality audio through the service’s PC (Windows and Mac OS), Android smartphones and tablets, and PlayStation3 (PS3) computer entertainment system applications. The improved sound quality is activated from an option in Music Unlimited’s settings menu, allowing you to stream 320kbps AAC high fidelity audio.

Those living under a rock should know that Music Unlimited is a cloud-based music service with a catalog of more than 18 million songs. It is available on a number of different devices, including PCs, Macs, iOS and Android-based devices, as well as PS3, PlayStationVita, and connected Sony BRAVIA HDTVs. The new feature with 320Kbps audio quality will be added to other Music Unlimited-compatible devices later this year.
