After Sprint, Virgin Mobile USA is adding the Samsung Galaxy Victory 4G LTE, making it the first LTE-enabled device in its portfolio. The carrier will offer Sammy’s phone with its contract-free plans, starting at $35 per month.

The device itself is available in gray for $299.99 (excluding taxes) only at virginmobileusa.com, with plans to hit national retail and participating dealers in mid-March.

Aside from supporting 4G LTE connectivity, the Galaxy Victory 4G LTE also comes with a 4-inch screen, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 5-megapixel rear-facing camera, 1.3-megapixel front-facing one, NFC, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and a microSD memory card slot. Android 4.1 Jelly Bean is running the show right from the get-go…

And that’s about it. Now the question is – do you think this phone is worth 300 bucks sans any strings attached. And do you like relying on Virgin Mobile USA for your mobile needs?
