No one knows the exact launch date of the HTC One, but subtle signs are beginning to pop up in stores around the country. RadioShack is one of the stores spotted to have advertised a sign in its store, offering the One with a $50 Google Play gift card and $10 coupon. But get this, the carrier being used for this awesome deal is Sprint.
Okay, the $10 discount is a joke, however, that $50 Google Play gift card is more than enough to make new subscribers take the leap. Fifty bucks are a good piece of change to spend on apps, books, movies, and etc.
Usually, these kind of signs in stores point to an imminent launch sometime soon. The Taiwanese handset maker did say we should expect the HTC One at the end of April, so maybe a few stores like RadioShack may get the devices in earlier than expected. Regardless, everyone can agree that the One is going to be stiff competition against Samsung’s Galaxy S4. Unfortunately, we’ll all have to wait and see when we can run to the stores and get our hands on it.
