US Cellular and Samsung have started rolling out update for the Galaxy S III, bringing several handy features to the mix, including Smart Switch support, multi-window feature, Samsung Gallery, as well as contextual page, tag and menu.
Software version R530UVXAMD4 is already available from the “Software Update” menu and you’re suggested to download it while connected to a fast Wi-Fi hotspot to make the process that much faster.
The full update will eventually also be available from Samsung when you will be able to flash it to your phone over USB. At the moment, US Cellular’s link points toward to the last update.
So it’s not Android 4.2, but it’s not bad either. Push the button as soon as you can. 😉
