The Kickstarter funded Pebble smartwatch will be available from Best Buy, online and in retail stores, beginning this Sunday, July 7th.
Best Buy will initially offer the jet black color of the Pebble for $149.99, with the cherry red color coming in August. The Pebble is also available in orange, gray and white through getpebble.com.
The Pebble smartwatch pairs with iPhone and Android smartphones via bluetooth, and alerts wearers to incoming calls, text messages and emails. The Pebble already has an array of apps that can be used with the device, allowing the smartwatch to be used as a bike computer, music controller and even a golf rangefinder.
