The successor to the original Samsung Galaxy Prevail is now available from Boost Mobile for $179.99 off-contract. In case you’re interested, the Sprint-owned network suggests getting the phone alongside the carrier’s popular $55 Android Monthly Unlimited plan with Shrinking Payments that could eventually bring the monthly cost to as little as $40. The plan payment shrinks by $5 for every six on-time payments.
Specs wise, the Galaxy Prevail II sports a 4-inch WVGA touchscreen, 1.4GHz processor, 5-megapixel camera on the back, 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera, 1750mAh battery, GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and a microSD memory card slot. Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean is running the show right from the get-go.
Sammy’s baby is available now at Boost Mobile’s exclusive retail stores, select independent wireless dealer locations nationwide and at its website with free shipping.
