LG Vu III to rock a 1280x960 display?

LG G2 won’t be the only smartphone in the Korean company’s portfolio that will come with a name that doesn’t include the “Optimus” name. The Optimus Vu series will also take that route starting with the upcoming LG Vu III (or that’s Vu 3).

While we’re still unsure what the next Vu device will be all about, we’re hearing it will rock a 4:3 aspect ratio screen with 1280×960 pixels resolution. Rest of the specs are still a mystery but that doesn’t stop us from speculation. I would have to guess this device will sport top-notch specs that include Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM, 8- or 13-megapixel camera on the back, a ton of built-in storage and so on. We’ll keep our ears on the street and let you know as soon as we have something new to add to the story. Stay tuned in the meantime, k?
