Some time ago we’ve told you that Nokia is working on the Lumia 825. Now we have a new rumor to add to the pile, suggesting that similar to the recently unveiled Lumia 625, this phone will also come with a big display while (presumingly) leaving top-notch specs for some 9xx model.

It is said that the Lumia 825 will sport a 5.2-inch screen with 720p HD resolution despite the fact the upcoming Windows Phone 8 GDR3 update will include support for full HD (1080p) screen resolution (which makes more sense with such a large display). Moreover, we’re hearing that some quad-core processor will power-up this smartphone, but it’s likely we’re talking about Qualcomm’s mid-range offering like the Snapdragon 400.

Still no word when Nokia will launch this Lumia but the chances are that will happen in a month (or so) to benefit from the upcoming holiday shopping craze. We’ll make sure to get back to you as soon as we have some new tidbit of information to add to the story. Stay tuned in the meantime…
