The BlackBerry ship is sinking deeper and deeper by the day. The Canadian based phone maker is reported to be laying off several dozen members of its U.S. sales force, according to AllThingsD. This job cutting effort is apart of the company’s ongoing strategy to rid itself of expenditures due to evaporating sales and market share.

BlackBerry as we know it, is soon coming to an inevitable end as the company prepares to sale itself to a willing buyer. We’ll have to wait and see which companies out there will pick what parts of BlackBerry interest them the most.
