Here’s the first rumor about Sony’s next flagship device, Xperia Z2. According to information PhoneArena managed to obtain, this thing will be a monster-phone rocking a 5.5-inch IGZO Triluminos Display with an industry leading 540ppi pixel density, while setting a new benchmark for the whole high-end range.

Qualcomm’s super-fast Snapdragon 800 MSM8974 chipset coupled with 3GB of RAM will provide all the processing power needed to run things smoothly. Plus, let’s not forget a 20.7-megapixel camera with Xenon flash, and more-than-decent 3500mAh battery. Android 4.4 KitKat will run the show right from the get-go.

Finally, it is said that Sony will use next year’s CES in Las Vegas to officially unveil the Xperia Z2. Can’t wait. 🙂
