A pre-release build of the Android 4.3 update for the Samsung Galaxy S4 has surfaced today, and is now available for download and installation thanks to the team over at SamMobile. The update not only brings Android 4.3 to the GS4, but some software features found on the Galaxy Note 3 as well. The official build is expected to be released sometime in October or November.
The build works on unlocked European models of the GS4, model number GT-I9505. We have been warned that the release contains a number of bugs and issues, so install the firmware at your own risk.
SamMobile reports that the build brings a significant performance boost to the GS4, and includes Samsung Knox and Samsung Wallet. Reading Mode is also baked in, which optimizes text for easy reading on the device.
