And we thought BlackBerry pretty much completed the testing of BBM for Android. Think again. The Canadian company is rolling out another round of tests among select group of Android users who’ll get to see a new welcome screen, the persistent notifications in the status bar and a slightly revamped UI. In addition, the mentioned notifications can now be disabled so you can focus on the work at hand.
Unfortunately, we still don’t know when BlackBerry will officially launch its popular IM client for Google’s mobile platform but we tend to think that will happen sooner rather than later.
