Cricket announced another low-cost Android smartphone, ZTE Source. The 4G LTE-enabled device won’t win any specs wars, but it’s rather decent, nonetheless.

It packs a 4.5-inch 480 x 854 screen, 1.2GHz dual-core Snapdragon chip, 1GB of RAM, 5-megapixel camera on the back, and 4GB of expandable storage. Wi-Fi connectivity is also there for those moments when you don’t want to spend your precious mobile megabytes. All this could be yours for $219.99 starting from Sunday, October 20th, when the Source start selling through Cricket company-owned stores, dealers and at mycricket.com.

Although you’re not required to sign-up for any contracts, you will need some minutes, texts and data. Cricket suggests you try out their $45 a month plan that comes with 2.5GB full-speed data, as well as unlimited talk, text and music.

As a reminder, Cricket 4G LTE service is now available in Atlantic City, Las Vegas, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Tucson, Wilmington, Del. and many areas in Texas, including Austin, Brownsville-McAllen-Harlingen, Corpus Christi, Del Rio, Eagle Pass, Houston, Killeen, Laredo, San Antonio and Temple.
