Looks like Google is happy with its relationship with ASUS and may offer the Taiwanese company another shot next year. The rumor is that the 2014 Nexus 7 will also be an ASUS-made device, marking the first time the search giant opted for one company’s hardware for two years in a row (rather than going for some other OEM from the Android eco-system).

We’ll see how that goes and in the meantime, here’s another juice ASUS rumor. The company which we best known for their tablets and laptops is looking to enter the wearable devices market next year. It is said they’ll start with a smart watch which will debut during 2013 Computex tech fair in Taipei, Taiwan. No other details are known at this stage but if this isn’t a bogus story, the chances are we’ll be getting additional bits of information in the weeks and months to come. Like whether ASUS will opt for Qualcomm’s Toq platform or build its own watch from the scratch. Stay tuned as we bring you more…
