In its latest finding, EVleaks has spilled the beans on the upcoming HTC M8 Mini. Just like that was the case with last year’s HTC One, the new model will also have its Mini version. And perhaps even the Maxi model as well, though we don’t have that part confirmed.

Back to the M8 Mini. According to EVLeaks, this unit will pack Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 400 quad-core chip clocked at 1.4GHz, 4.5-inch 720p HD screen, 1GB of RAM, 13-megapixel rear and 5-megapixel front cameras, Bluetooth 4.0, 3G/4G + Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac connectivity, and 16GB of expandable storage (with microSD cards). In addition, it will run Android 4.4.2 KitKat with HTC Sense UI 6.0 right from the get-go. Release date is still a mystery, though.

Sounds cool, though we would love it even more if it had at least 1.5GB of RAM. Perhaps some of the details will change before the official launch. We’ll see…
