Samsung’s Galaxy S5 will be available on all major U.S. carriers beginning April 11th. That means AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular and MetroPCS will be among the first U.S. carriers to sell the device.  Samsung revealed the 5.1 inch device just hours ago at MWC 2014, along with the Gear Fit, Gear 2 and Gear 2 Neo wearables. Sammy has been mum on pricing for all of its recently unveiled devices, but expect the Galaxy S5 to cost about as much as any premium smartphone.

The Galaxy S5 will be available in 16 and 32GB variants, and will roll out across the globe in the coming months. While the Galaxy S5 isn’t a huge improvement over the Galaxy S4, it does pack a fingerprint sensor capable of tracking three separate sets of fingerprints, and a heart rate monitor on the back of the device. Samsung’s crammed a ton of software and features into the device as well, some which are of normal fare for Sammy and some that are truly innovative.

Will you be grabbing a Galaxy S5, or are you more excited about HTC’s upcoming flagship smartphone? Let us know in the comments.
