LG announced that its latest phablet, G Pro 2, will begin selling in parts of Asia, such as Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, the Philippines, Vietnam and Indonesia among others. Originally unveiled at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, the G Pro 2 is one of the best phones ever with top-notch specs that include a 2.26GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core chip, 3GB of RAM, 5.9-inch full HD IPS screen, massive 3,200 mAh battery, LTE connectivity support, and 16 or 32 GB of expandable memory. In addition, it is also LG’s first device to come with a 13-megapixel camera with OIS+ (Optical Image Stabilizer Plus) that is paired with powerful software to allow 120FPS HD video recording and slow-motion playback with adjustable speed, 4K ULTRA HD recording, Magic Focus and Natural Flash.
The G Pro 2 includes LG’s Knock Code software that enables unlocking of the phone in one easy step by entering a personalized pattern on the display. Users can tap or as LG says “knock” the display in a specific sequence two to eight times to quickly power on and unlock the phone.
The LG G Pro 2’s price was not mentioned in the press release and we guess it will vary by market…
