The soon-to-be-unveiled ZTE Nubia X6 has been caught at China’s equivalent to the FCC, TENAA, and from there we get to see how this bad boy looks like. Just as we expected, it will rock a metal body and huge 6.44-inch full HD screen, making it comparable with Sony’s Xperia Z Ultra. We never thought of that device as a phone but I guess for some folks – size does matter.

Rest of the specs aren’t that impressive though, and include a 1.7GHz quad-core processor (Qualcomm Snapdragon 600?), 2GB of RAM, 8-megapixel rear and 5-megapixel front cameras (front camera has Optical Image Stabilization), LTE connectivity support and a microSD memory card slot.

The version TENAA employees got to test was made for China Mobile, meaning it rocks TD-SCDMA 3G and TD-LTE 4G connectivity support. We’re sure that the international variant will also be released but we’ve no idea when that will happen. These and some other details should be unveiled on March 25th when ZTE will officially announce the new Nubia phablet. On the same day, we should also see the All New HTC One launching. Yup, it will be a fun Tuesday. 😉
