Yup, we’ve told you that HTC will be launching Sense 6 UI for its last year’s One smartphone in May or June. Now, we have that confirmed by HTC America’s President Jason Mackenzie. In a short tweet, he said that the new software will be out by the end of May.
The first (update) batch will cover the unlocked HTC One M7 and carrier-specific models selling in North America. Jason isn’t responsible for the rest of the world, but we have hard time imaging that users living elsewhere will have to wait much longer to get the same goodies. In fact, I would assume that the update for unlocked HTC One M7 will be out in May as well, with carrier variants following a month or so afterwards. We’ll see…
