One of Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Tab S tablets has been caught at the FCC, hinting us that the launch is pretty much imminent. The version FCC employees got to play with has a 10.5-inch display which should be launched alongside the 8.4-inch variant, both sporting AMOLED screens with resolution of 2,560 x 1,600 pixels and fingerprint readers.

These tablets will be available in three different variants: one with Wi-Fi only connectivity (Tab S 10.5 model number SM-T800), another with 3G data (SM-T801) and third one with LTE connectivity support (SM-T805). All should rock top-notch specs such as Samsung’s own Exynos 5420 Octa chip, 8-megapixel rear and 2-megapixel front cameras, with Samsung’s Magazine UX running on top of Android 4.4 KitKat.

As far as I’ve understood, devices from the Galaxy Tab S series will cost more than other Samsung-made tablets, and yes – that includes both the PRO and Note series.
