LG announced premium Bluetooth stereo headset developed in collaboration with Harman/Kardon – LG Tone Infinim (model number HBS-900). Offering superb sound experience, the headset also looks pretty cool in glossy metallic finish.

Feature wise, it comes with magnetic retractable wires we’ve seen in some earlier LG handsets, a jog button for fast forward and rewind, a sound and vibration alert, and a battery that provides the longest standby time (550 hours) among behind-the-neck type Bluetooth headsets.

The LG Tone Infinim works with just about any smartphone, but LG says it is best to pair it with their upcoming G3 flagship. The LG G3 owners will benefit from the feature called Name Alert, which announces the name or phone number of the calling party. Another feature exclusive to G3 users is Answer Me+, where raising the G3 to one’s ear will automatically disconnect Tone Infinim to allow for direct use of the smartphone.

LG Tone Infinim will be available starting this summer in major markets around the world. Additional details of availability will be announced locally in the weeks ahead. Initially, it will come in silver color only.
