The upcoming Huawei flagship device, codenamed Mulan, has leaked and from what we can tell, this will be one of the best phones, ever.

Design wise, it will keep a very slim profile of Huawei’s Ascend P6 and P7 phones. Inside, we’ll get Huawei’s own Hisilicon Kirin 920 chipset with a 1.3GHz octa-core processor, Mali-T624 graphics and full 3GB of RAM. For some reason, the Chinese firm won’t opt for a QHD screen and will rather stick to full HD display. This is despite its chip achieving almost 38,000 points on AnTuTu, which is more than any of the current crop of flagships can manage.

The Mulan will boast a 13-megapixel rear camera that can take 4K videos, as well as a 5-megapixel front shooter that tops at 1080p video resolution. There’s also 16GB of internal storage, while Android 4.4.2 KitKat is running the show with Huawei’s own Emotion UI singing on top.

We’ve no idea when Huawei Mulan will be officially announced but something tells us this will be a short wait. More to come, obviously.
