Two Samsung devices sold in the U.S. are getting Android 4.4 KitKat updates as we speak, AT&T’s Samsung Galaxy Mega and Verizon’s Samsung Galaxy Note II.

As that’s usually the case, the new software delivers improved performance, stability enhancements, software updates and more, all while making sure your phone runs as smoothly as possible. Aside from Google-provided enhancements, Samsung also included some of its own stuff, updating a number of apps and squashing few bugs here and there.

We at IntoMobile advise everyone to keep their devices up to date; so when your Galaxy Note II or Galaxy Mega informs you about new software awaiting for approval, tap that “Update” button and take it from there. Just make sure your battery has enough juice to take you through the end of the process. Good luck. 😉
