Realme P4s Lite is official: 120Hz display, 7,000mAh battery, and a price that might surprise you

Realme didn’t throw a big event for this one. No countdown timers, no flashy press release. The Realme P4s Lite just… appeared on Realme India’s official website, specs and pricing included. And honestly? That low-key approach is fine, because the hardware does enough talking on its own. According to Gizmochina, this is another addition to the P4 Lite lineup, which already includes 4G and 5G variants that arrived earlier this year.

What’s powering this thing

Under the hood, the P4s Lite runs on a Unisoc T7250 chip. That’s not a processor that’s going to win benchmarks, but in the budget segment it gets the job done for everyday tasks. You get up to 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM paired with 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. And yes, there’s a microSD card slot if 128GB isn’t cutting it for you. That’s a small but genuinely useful detail that a lot of phones at this price are starting to skip.

The phone runs Realme UI on top of Android. Realme’s listing didn’t specify which version of Android, which is a bit annoying. Knowing upfront what software version you’re buying into matters, especially when you’re thinking about long-term support. Realme should fix that.

The features worth getting excited about

Here’s where the P4s Lite actually earns some attention. A 120Hz display at this price point is not a given, and Realme is delivering one here. Smoother scrolling, snappier animations. It’s the kind of upgrade that sounds minor until you’ve used it daily and then try going back to 60Hz. You won’t want to.

But the real headline is the battery. A 7,000mAh cell in a budget phone is substantial. We’re talking the kind of capacity that should get most users through two full days without reaching for a charger. Battery anxiety is real, and Realme is clearly betting that size matters more to its core buyers than slim bezels or premium materials.

  • 120Hz refresh rate display
  • 7,000mAh battery
  • Unisoc T7250 processor
  • Up to 4GB LPDDR4X RAM
  • 128GB UFS 2.2 internal storage
  • microSD card support
  • Realme UI based on Android

Pricing and who should care

Realme hasn’t made a huge noise about exact pricing, but the listing is live and available through Realme India’s website. This phone sits firmly in the budget-to-entry-level category, which is a fiercely competitive space right now. Brands like Redmi, Poco, and Samsung’s Galaxy A series are all fighting for the same buyers.

So why does this one matter? Because a 7,000mAh battery combined with a 120Hz screen at a budget price is still a combination that most rivals haven’t nailed consistently. If Realme can price this aggressively, it becomes a genuinely strong option for first-time smartphone buyers or anyone prioritizing battery life above everything else.

Still, the lack of Android version clarity and the Unisoc chip will give some shoppers pause. Those are fair concerns. But if your priority is lasting all day and then some without worrying about plugging in, the P4s Lite is worth a serious look.
