Some Palm Pre owners are likely feeling the pain that many an iPhone and iPhone 3G owner has been putting up with for years. I’m speaking, of course, about video recording. Or, rather, the lack of any true video recording support on the Palm Pre. But, with a little elbow grease and some DIY-spirit, the Palm Pre can kinda sorta record video.
One clever Palm Pre owner decided to put the Palm Pre’s fast shot-to-shot time to record pictures at about one frame per second. jeremy9174 took his series of one-second-apart photos and stitched them together, resulting in the makeshift video you see below.
The 1-fps frame rate doesn’t exactly make for any usable video footage, but it sure is a cool way to make some stop-motion video.
