Realtor.ca, Canada’s most popular and best known site for realty searches and just plain old realty shopping, has launched a new beta app for BlackBerry and Windows Mobile. The new mobile effort delivers price, location, agent info, and even directions to properties you’re interested in. Of course there’s a full search feature to help you hunt down properties in your area as well.

Kudos to the folks at Realtor.ca for pushing this one out. Could very much see this coming in handy, especially while on-the-go doing some house shopping. While at one property, you could pull up details of the next property you wanted to check out… Or, just go over the details of what your current location has to offer. Look up agent information, list pricing, or anything else you may have a question or two about.

For more information hit up beta.mobile.realtor.ca from your BlackBerry or Windows Mobile device.

Stay tuned for more on this one. Me likey!
