A company called On The Spot Systems has released an iPhone app called Survey On The Spot, which allows passenger to bash airport security “on the spot.” The process is done by completing a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) survey, which instantly tells you’re feelings about the treatment you’re getting. The application relies on the iPhone’s built-in GPS receiver, ensuring not-that-many false claims — i.e. you can’t say you had a bad treatment in Dallas when your iPhone shows you’re in NYC.
The application is free, and once started it first determines your location. Once that is set, you are free to claim whatever you want. 🙂
Anyway, Survey On The Spot was initially designed for restaurants, hotels, retailers and other organizations to gather real-time guest satisfaction feedback. And now, it’s turned into a tool that will hopefully make the whole “air travel process” more enjoyable. Amen to that!
