What do you get for Prince Charles and his wife Camilla when they make a visit to your area? You get them a pair of matching BlackBerrys of course! Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty presented the Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall with two BlackBerry Storm 9500’s during a recent trip to the area. The Prince and his wife were on a whirlwind tour of Canada, which started back in November 2009 and encompassed 12 cities in four provinces. Quite a tour. Perhaps a BlackBerry Tour would have been more appropriate, but I suppose McGuinty didn’t think of that.
Prince Charles is not exactly known for embracing new technology… I would expect the new Storm devices have found a spot next to his carrier pigeon and telegraph machine.
