Just when we’ve almost forgot about it, Nokia is about to start global sales of its, mobile TV-enabled smartphone, N92. According to Reuters, the N92 sales will begin in Asia in the coming weeks.
“The device is ready. In coming weeks N92 will start shipping in Vietnam and Indonesia,” Nokia spokeswoman Marika Kojo said on Tuesday.
The plan was to start selling the N92 (already approved by the FCC for the U.S. market) in the summer of 2006, but Nokia waited for the first commercial launches of networks. So far, the phone has been used only in non-commercial @LINK3@.
