Korean publisher Gamevil announced that it will bring its highly popular RPG Zenonia to the Android platform sometime during March.
The iPhone version was released back in May 2009, and the sequel is planned to be released also in March.
In addition to the two most popular smartphone platforms, Zenonia also lives on Windows Mobile, BREW and WIPI. This cross-platform availability has certainly helped Gamevil move a million copies of the game.
Pricing is unknown at the moment, but it is believed that the Android version will sell $2.99, just like its iPhone counterpart.
Gamevil’s marketing director Jin Woo had this to say: “We’re extremely happy to bring one of our fastest growing franchises, Zenonia, to one of the most fastest growing mobile platforms in the world. Through our success of Baseball Superstars on the Android Market, we’ve decided to bring more of our games to Android to satisfy our fans and further extend our multi-platform strategy.”
