Ukraine-based Gameprom, the company which is known for its pinball games, announced that it will too support the iPad. We don’t have all the details, but don’t worry about that – Gameprom seems confused, too. The problem is that they still haven’t been able to try out the iPad, so it’s hard for them to finalize the game. In that sense, don’t expect to get Gameprom games at launch as they don’t know “how many RAM and how fast graphics in the iPad.”
We do, however, know the company plans to bundle their 3 iPhone pinball games — Wild West, The Deep and Jungle Style — into a single iPad title. Moreover, they promised enhanced graphics and gameplay (reflection on the tables and balls, new lighting effects, and four balls in multiball mode), as well as somewhat different approach. For instance, Wild West Pinball will be free, while the other two will be available via in-app purchase.
Sounds cool and I honestly can’t wait to try out playing pinball on the iPad. That’s a perfect device for such games, don’t you think?
