Truphone has a special offer for Easter – the company is running a 48-hour-long promotion that includes free calls to landline numbers in the United States, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, China, France, Italy, Spain and the Philippines; as well as mobile calls to the U.S., Canada and China!
In other words — as they say it — long-distance can become no-distance at all for those who can’t be with their families this Easter.
The special offer starts on 00.01 GMT 3rd April 2010 and ends on 23.59 GMT on the 4th April 2010.
Truphone’s VoIP client is available for a number of platforms and devices — including the iPhone, iPod Touch, BlackBerry, Nokia (Symbian S60) and Android. You can grab the application from each platform’s dedicated app store or find it on Truphone’s website (where you’ll be linked to an app store link in some cases).
