HTC Incredible Equipment Guide leaked

The HTC Incredible has been working its rounds around the net for some time now. Now, with a leaked release date for later this month, more leaks keep on coming. Above is the Equipment Guide for the new Verizon device. Is Verizon even trying to keep this thing under wraps at all? Not really.

Notice anything different? No, you don’t. Everything that we expected to see from the Incredible is there, which isn’t a bad thing, but I was hoping maybe a couple features that we hadn’t heard of yet. This is not the case, but at least anything that we were expecting wasn’t removed from the spec sheet. The Incredible will surely stomp the HTC Droid Eris into the ground, and possibly even be the go-to device over the Motorola Droid. The Incredible is fast, slick, and the specs in the device blow a lot of available phones Verizon currently carries away.

Since the Incredible is a high-end device, expect a high-end early termination fee along with it. But with an 8-megapixel camera, 3.7 inch display, 8 GB of internal memory, and HTC’s Sense UI running on top of Android 2.1, I couldn’t imagine the return rate of this particular device to be that big. What I would like to see from HTC is a high-end Android device that sports a keyboard, but it doesn’t look like there is one in sight any time soon. Those who need a great smartphone from Verizon with a keyboard, you may need to go with the Motorola Droid.

HTC is definitely churning out phone after phone, all with impressive specs sheets, and unique designs. The Incredible is no different. With their recently reported growth, it doesn’t look like much will slow them down. A lawsuit, maybe.

Expect to see many more great devices from HTC, they’re making gold.
