If you reside in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland or the UK, today is your lucky day. International iPad pre-orders from the Apple Online Store have started up! As the clock hit midnight in these various countries around the world, you may have noticed Apple’s Online Store go down for their usual ‘we’ll be back soon’ update. When the store popped back to accessibility, it was updated with new iPad pre-order goodness. How amazing (I’m still baffled as to why Apple takes the store down to do any significant update. Must be part of their overall marketing strategy, and/or part tradition… they certainly don’t NEED to take down the store, do they?).
Morning has hit here North America side, and I’m happy to report that all pre-orders are under way. I’m just glad that I already have my iPad… Although, I do have to admit… I’m considering getting another (I know, I’m mad).
So, if you live in one of the aforementioned countries… are you going to pre-order your iPad? Ever since picking one up, the iPad has seemed to be a real polarizing subject among my friends… Either they love it or hate it… and chances are the rest of you feel that way too.
