Nothing screams sacrificing practicality for the sake of fashion like iPhone, so who better to push the next generation device than Lady Gaga? All jabs aside, Lady Gaga is a huge name to sign on, and will do exceedingly good things for Apple if she’s in their iPhone 4 commercials. Gaga’s involvement in mobile is palpable already – her front page is pushing iTunes links, and she’s made her own set of earbuds with in-line mic through Dr. Dre’s Beats brand, and of course we can’t forget her extremely popular Telephone song with Beyonce.
Not like the next iPhone would need any more help getting visibility, but I wouldn’t be surprised to see cameos of it in future Lady Gaga music videos if this rumour is true, or hey, maybe she’ll even use it as an instrument like some of her more enterprising fans have done.
