A not that known company (hence it gets to be featured on IntoMobile) called City-Interactive is about to launch a new iPhone game – Chronicles of Mystery: Curse of the Ancient Temple, which combines elements of a classic point and click adventure, logic and hidden object games.
The storyline goes like this:
The game puts you in the shoes of Sylvie, a young archaeologist, who is about to begin the greatest adventure of her life. Having received an invitation to France from her uncle, a renowned historian, she arrives there only to discover he went missing. His disappearance is connected to the recent discovery of a mysterious underground chapel from the times of the Crusades. Sylvie embarks on a journey to find her uncle and to uncover the long forgotten secrets of the famed Knights Hospitaller order!
The bulk of the game play comes in the form of great-looking screens with some 3D graphics where you’re tasked with finding a variety of objects hidden in the scenery. Puzzles are constantly interjected and serve as a break from the “usual action.” In total, there are 50 fully rendered locations and 14 mini-games to play around — all of which should promise tons of fun, or at least we hope so… You can check out the game trailer on City-Interactive’s website.
